Headteacher Appointment Process
When a governing body recieves notification of an existing headteacher's intention to step down form their role, their first step must be to inform the Diocesan Board of Education, 01722 428438, and their LA, so that each of them may appoint an adviser to help guide the governing body through the process of appointing a new headteacher.
