PSA - Vision & Values

Explanation of this aspect of our work

Is your school/academy vision distinctively Christian, can everyone talk about it, can they share how it is lived out? Does everyone in your school community know and understand your Christian values? Do they underpin everything you do?

This bespoke piece of work uses a creative interactive workshop to enable all staff, governors and members of the school community to contribute to the review and development of a new school vision. It will enable the school community to develop knowledge and understanding of how to ensure the place and impact of your school/academy Christian values and develop a bank of practical ideas for facilitating the involvement of groups across your school community in the review of vision and values. Schools are enabled to create a coherent distinctive Christian vision ‘image’ understood and owned by the whole school community which securely places the school’s Christian values in their underpinning role so that they have direct impact on school effectiveness.
