Choral Directors
This leadership role involves so many skills; administration, communication, musicianship, conducting, energy!
Choral Directors can keep their skills topped up by attending training days or courses. These invigorate and inspire those who take part and both choral director, the choir they direct and the whole worshipping community benefit.
There are now a wide range of training courses available from ABCD (Associations of British Conductors) and the RSCM (Royal School of Church Music).
You may also take part in workshops for vocal coaching and directing on the Salisbury Diocese bi-annual Music in worship Day.
