A Walk on the Wild Side - Exploring the Ancient World of Dartmoor

An adventurous guided walking trip on Dartmoor, probably starting and finishing at Walkhampton and camping, champing or staying in B&Bs as we go. Walks are likely to be around 10 miles a day. We will put together a detailed plan once we know who is interested in coming.

Dartmoor is an ancient and austerely beautiful landscape famous for its tors, rivers and prehistoric remains. Many myths and legends are also associated with it, including one about a certain hound …
