PSA SUBSCRIPTION COURSE: * RE Subject Leads Session 2, Bournemth, Poole and Cchurch area - 02/03/2021
Professional Development and Update Training for Religious Education Leads in BCP area
This session will have a focus on `Non-religious Worldviews; Moderation and Assessment and using artefacts in RE`
This course is appropriate for RE Leaders in all schools and, thanks to generous funding by Sarum St Michael`s Education Charity, is free as part of the PSA Subscription for schools.
For 2020/21, the model for the development of RE in 7 geographically based `hubs` begins, do make sure all schools in your cluster know about it!
You will find details of the hubs on our Schools Webpage, under RE, Worship, Spirituality and RSHE
As well as offering resources and strategies to `take away`, the session will give time for you to network and share your own school practice.
An update on the National information relevant to Religious Education, including feedback from OFSTED and SIAMS inspections will be included.
If you have areas of RE or CW practice within your school that you would like further support/input for, please contact Emma Waters at emma.waters@salisbury.anglican.org and this will feed into the agenda for each session.
This course is for staff who have a passion and responsibility for Religious Education to hear from advisors and fellow practitioners and be updated on developments nationally and locally.
To leave the session with ideas to try and ways to capture RE teaching with children and adults in their schools
