M4M Hubs

M4M aims to encourage mission by networking groups of practitioners across the Diocese. These groups meet to exchange ideas, share good practice and to pray for each other. The hubs are also a focus for training, functioning as informal learning communities.


These hubs meet on a termly basis across Wiltshire and Dorset. If you are interested in joining a particular hub, please contact Heather Andrew, M4M resource officer on or telephone 07464 546040.

New Housing Hub

Clergy and lay people with new housing developments coming to their parishes. Discussing models of mission, good practice in liaising with planning and ideas for working with new communities.
Next meeting: January 25th 2018 - Salisbury - Alison Bolton, Baptist Pioneer Enabler and leader of the Stowe Church, will be speaking.

Pioneer Hub

A collective of lay and ordained pioneers working to establish new forms of church around the Diocese.
Next meeting: date November 22nd 10.30 - Salisbury, with Canon Dave Male, CoE National Advisor for Pioneer Development

Messy Church Hubs

Groups of Messy Church practitioners based in the following geographical areas:

  • Weymouth and Dorchester - next meeting: autumn term
  • Salisbury and surrounding villages - Updated Listing Spring meeting TBC
  • Poole conurbation - Updated Listing 10 May, Longfleet Baptist Church, 1pm
  • Gillingham and Shaftesbury - Updated Listing not currently meeting
  • Devizes/ Melksham - next meeting: autumn term

Breakfast Church Hub (East Dorset):
