The Church Army offers a wide range of resources for evangelism, as well as training. In particular, it has an excellent booklet Stepping Into Evangelism which gives practical advice and exercises to help your church reach out to others.

Talking Jesus - analysis of extensive research into current perceptions of Jesus, Christians and Evangelism in England, with really useful resources such as booklets, downloads and ten key recommendations for church leaders.

Evangelism Ideas is a website that offers a host of creative ideas for connecting with friends, family and neighbours to help them find faith. Ideas are categorised by age, activity and festival to help you find something relevant to your context.
