Dr Gooder is a recognised New Testament authority and Lay Canon of Salisbury Cathedral who has written over 20 books, including the forthcoming “Heaven: A Rough Guide”, due for publication next month.

She will speak on the themes of ‘Embracing the New Creation’ and ‘Opening Wide our Hearts in Christ’.

The day is an opportunity for priests and deacons to gather for training, networking and activities and is a highlight of their calendar.

Participants will also contribute to a multi-media display entitled ‘Signs of the New Creation’.
