Diocese of Salisbury to spearhead national choir project

The Diocese of Salisbury will be one of the first in the Church of England to partner with the Royal School of Church Music (RSCM) to deliver a major new project to help churches rediscover music as a pathway to mission and discipleship for children and young people.

From pulpit to piste, retired vicar raises over £10,000 for Rwanda

A retired vicar has raised over £10,000 by skiing the height of Everest and the length of a marathon – all in aid of Rwanda. Revd Andrew Corke from Canford Parish Church, Wimborne is a keen skier. He said, "Our church has been supporting a Christian charity called Dufatanye for several years.

1000 days of Sudan conflict

Very sadly, there’s no escaping conflict in the lands of our partnership. Last week, a tragic milestone was reached, marking 1000 days of the conflict within Sudan. In April 2023, the Rapid Support Forces attacked the Government’s Sudan Armed Forces, including in Khartoum.
