The list below shows the Schemes or Orders which have been made in recent months.  If you require any further information please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.  Contact details appear below.

Benefice:   Bere Regis with Affpuddle and Turnerspuddle
and Wool and East Stoke
Proposals:  Union of benefices to create benefice of West Purbeck.
Came into effect 1st March 2019

Benefice:  Silton and Gillingham and Milton on Stour
Proposals: 
Union of benefices to create the benefice of Gillingham Milton on Stour and Silton.    Came into effect on 1st March 2019.

Benefice:  Ludgershall and Tidworth 
Proposals:  The benefice of Ludgershall and Faberstown and the benefice of  Tidworth have united to form the benefice of Ludgershall and Tidworth.  Parishes and churches are unaffected.    The Scheme came into effect on 1st December 2018.


Benefice:  Bourne Valley
Proposals:
Boscombe St Andrews church to become a chapel of ease, and to unite the two parishes of Allington with Boscombe and Idmiston with Porton and Gomeldon.  The scheme came into effect on 1st May 2018.

Benefice:  The benefice of  Corfe Castle, Church Knowle, Kimmeridge and Steeple with Tyneham and the benefice of Kingston Langton Matravers and Worth Matravers

Proposals:  To unite the benefices to form the St Aldhelm benefice.  Parishes and churches are unaffected.  The Scheme came into effect on 1st April 2018.

Benefice: Lower Wyle and Till Valley
Proposals:
To unite the parishes of South Newton, Stapleford, Winterbourne Stoke and Wishford Magna to create the parish of Lower Wylye and Till Valley.  The scheme came into effect on 1st April 2018.

Benefice:  Shaftesbury Team
Proposals:   To close St Thomas Church, East Orchard, due to structural defects and dedicate two former chapels of ease as Parish Churches. Parish to be renamed East orchard and Margaret Marsh.   The scheme came into effect on 1st July 2018.
