Excellent Reception in Wiltshire

by Michael Ford last modified 28 Oct, 2015 12:04 PM

A brief report from Wilton and Barford Primary School.

Young pupils at Wilton and Barford Primary School have been settling in well after starting school for the first time only a few weeks ago. Already they have had their heads buried in books, been introduced to fun maths games and participated in tennis lessons.

Their topic for the term is ‘Ourselves’. Each child has painted their portrait to go on display and brought in a family tree that was completed at home.

Mrs Spearing, class teacher, says: “I am so proud of how quickly the children have adapted to life at our school. They have all made an excellent start on their learning journey.”
