Queen Elizabeth's School, Wimborne, has received a second successive Outstanding in a recent SIAS inspection.

Two Outstandings for Queen Elizabeth's

Queen Elizabeths Pupils

The report stated, "The strong and well articulated Christian values of respect and care permeate the whole school. Students are confident in talking about their faith and feel nurtured in the highly inclusive and calm atmosphere which pervades. They have a well-developed sense of responsibility fostered by the example set by staff at the school. The spiritual leadership of the headteacher is a catalyst in promoting the school’s Christian ethos."

It added that the school needed "To engage parents more closely in the current review of the schools’ ethos and values" and "to involve students more closely in the planning and delivery of collective worship."

Headteacher Andy Puttock said, "This is excellent news. I think what I'm most pleased about is that the core values have been embraced by all the students that the inspectors spoke to. We've talked about QE as a family with values of care and respect, and the students completely echoed that."
