Interim arrangements for contacting the Bishops’ offices have been put in place in the absence of a Bishop of Ramsbury, and as Bishop Stephen remains stepped back from ministry while a financial audit is underway.
Bishop Karen continues as acting Bishop of Salisbury, and all parishes are asked to pray particularly for her during this challenging time.
The audit into two funds managed by the Bishop of Salisbury has been commissioned by the national church. The diocese has been informed the audit is taking longer than initially anticipated and we continue to wait for the outcome of the audit. The national church has also confirmed that Wiltshire police have been notified of the audit. Please pray for all those affected.
Office arrangements – South Canonry and Sherborne
Bishop Karen, as acting Diocesan Bishop, is being supported in the role by the team at South Canonry, including Sarah as Chaplain, and also by Vicky in the Sherborne Office at Ash Farm. Please use bishop.sherborne@salisbury.anglican.org for all direct correspondence with Bishop Karen.

Sally Ruffer continues to oversee the MDR (ministry development review) process and any enquiries related to confirmations in the Ramsbury area are also being managed by South Canonry.
