Reading this week's prayers is Nick Drayson. Recently retired from serving as priest in charge at Ste Marie du Castel parish church in the Deanery of Guernsey, where Nick returned to after many years overseas. He had been ordained deacon in Northern Argentina in 1979, where he was working as a Bible translator with the Chorote people group. He subsequently served as a priest/church planter in the dioceses of Spain and York, before returning to South America as a bishop.
