Devotion Youth Project in partnership with Wiltshire Youth For Christ is looking for a full-time youth worker to establish and lead a pilot project in Marlborough, Wiltshire.

Devotion Advert

The project’s focus is to establish an open-access community presence as a basis for offering early intervention mental health support to young people in the town. This will involve detached work and a collaborative and flexible approach to respond to community needs.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced youth worker qualified in mental health support for young people, and a Christian. Essential qualities and abilities include being a responsible project leader with initiative and a strategic approach, as well as an enthusiastic team player able to work and communicate with a variety of people and groups. In return there will be a strong support network provided by both Devotion and WYFC.

We have an amazing opportunity to make a real difference to local young people as we move out of the global pandemic with new challenges.
