  • Why are refugees vulnerable to exploitation and trafficking?

  • What do I need to know about safeguarding when working with potential victims?

Working with Children and Young People Masterclass - last few places
Educating and empowering children and young people to protect themselves from abuse.

The sessions will be delivered by Becca Faal. Becca is a DSA in Gloucester who developed resources for the C of E, with 90 children on empowering and educating children to protect themselves from abuse.  These materials are now available on the safeguarding portal.  These sessions offer the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the materials and how they can be beneficially used in your work.
