Keeping Rough Sleepers Safe, Warm, and Alive This Winter
Salisbury-based charity Alabaré has launched an urgent appeal to help keep rough sleepers safe across the region this winter. Founded in 1991 by Revd John and Alicia Proctor, Alabaré provides accommodation and support to homeless, marginalised and otherwise vulnerable people across Wiltshire, the South West of England, and Wales.
