Heavenly Father, We thank you for White Horse, Heytesbury Deanery and its Clergy: Rebecca Harris, Caroline Husband, Holly Newton. We pray for the continuing work on vision across both Benefices of Westbury and that of Dilton Marsh. We pray for our retired PTO’s David, Margaret and Helen; our Licenced Lay Minister’s Graham and Ashley; our Lay Pastoral Assistants’s Diana, Tessa, Stan, Liz, Caroline, Jean, Lily and Anne; our Licenced Worship Leader’s Diana, Tessa and Matt and our Church Wardens Diana and Ruth.

We pray for second Church wardens to come forward to share in this active and rewarding ministry. 

Thank you Lord for the staff and students: Westbury Leigh CE VC Primary School Westbury CE VC Junior School Dilton Marsh CE VC Primary School  We pray you bless them with your peace.

Lord, 

As today we reflect upon Luke the Evangelist we pray for River Were, Heytesbury Deanery and its Clergy: Susan Foster, Mags Collins, Rodney Baxendale, Denis Brett, Richard Davies, Gay Maynard, Norma Payne, Carole Owen, David Prescott, Liz Smith, Harold Stephens, Martin Waymont. Licenced Lay Ministers: Elaine Berge, Elaine McNicholas, Sheelagh Wurr. We give thanks for the Warminster Community Hospital for Revd Carole Owen it’s Chaplain for all who provide local services to the community and for those who minister through the Benefice Healing Services. We pray for all taking part in the new Discipleship Course: Exploring Christianity, that God the Holy Spirit will expand understanding and experience of the Christian Faith and inspire us to share our personal stories.

We pray for: Warminster St John's CE VC Primary School Warminster The Minster CE VC Primary School In our prayers for Episcopal Churches in South Sudan and Sudan: we pray for the Rt Revd Moses Zungo, Bishop of Maridi in South Sudan.

Everlasting Father,

We pray for all our Overseas Links, and the work that they do. 

We pray for Sudan Committee Secretary: Sheila Trist. Sudan Medical Link: Mike Maclachlan. For Ian Woodward, and all that he has given in devoted time for the Sudan and South Sudan. For all deanery and diocesan Sudan, Latvia & Evreux Links, and all who work hard at a local level to keep all these links going, often without recognition and thanks. We thank you now and pray for you.

We pray today for The Archdeacon of Wilts The Ven Dr Sue Groom. In this busy week including the Ramsbury Ministry Day, Rural Deans meeting, interviews, and meetings as a member of the Chapter of the Cathedral. We pray for rest and refreshment from the annual retreat next week.

Today in our prayers Lord we raise to you the Devizes Deanery and its Rural Dean: Jonathan Poston, Assistant Rural Dean: Keith Brindle and Lay Chair: Carole Jones. We pray for the benefices of Bromham and Rowde, and Wellsprings as they start the process of seeking a new incumbent. We pray for a sharing of gifts across the deanery as we work closer together and share in initiatives to "Make Jesus known"
