Your work will help embed good safeguarding practice into the daily life of our churches, strengthening structures, improving compliance and supporting a positive, whole-church approach to safeguarding.
You will be someone who:
• Communicates with warmth, clarity and patience
• Is confident in learning and explaining new digital systems
• Has strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Values confidentiality and understands the sensitive nature of safeguarding work
• Can manage your own workload and adapt flexibly to parish needs
