We are looking for someone who is from an open catholic tradition, inspired by the liturgy of both Common Worship and BCP, but who is not afraid to experiment with other forms of worship.
We hope for a strategic and collaborative leader who will work with colleagues, lay and ordained both within the benefice and also across parish and deanery boundaries. The benefice is exploring a pathway within our new diocesan vision and strategy which will develop the partnerships between, school, church and home.
Our church communities are welcoming and missional. We provide administrative support and good facilities including a rectory in the centre of Gillingham.
