Join a 'Sharing the vision' event near you! Join us as we explore the theme of opening our churches to be a welcome and constant space for children and young people followed throughout and be inspired by Matt from Waffle House in Axminster (St Osmund's) and Antonia, CEO of Participation people (Seend Community Centre) on how listening is the key to engagement.
Bishop Stephen has encouraged us to be the 'Church for England' as well as 'of England' and to be 'a bit less ordinary and a bit more spirit filled'.
Watch the highlights of the two events here.
Simon Pope, Curate in the Avon River Team said "A wonderfully thought provoking and inspiring vision evening with @DioSalisbury I think I had the best commute home... Made me think it shouldn't be too difficult to point people to a life less 'ordinary' 🌅🙌🏻 #MakingJesusKnown"
There will be refreshments served at each event served from 17:00 and the event will finish at 19.30.
The dates and venues are:
24 June St Osmund's School, Dorchester
